Our creative web design and marketing firm is seeking an Outside Sales Representative who will be responsible for generating new profitable clients and building a pipeline of opportunities in the areas of digital e-commerce design and marketing. Our primary clients are e-commerce manufacturers in the B2B area and looking to grow into the top 20% of their market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
  • Meet or exceed monthly project and recurring sales objectives
  • Develop a strong understanding of our target market and create a pipeline of qualified leads
  • Meet or exceed monthly project and recurring sales objectives
  • Attend and participate in sales and company meetings
  • Work closely with the management, and account teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and sales conversion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and industry partners
  • Attend industry events to stay up-to-date on trends and network with potential clients and partners
  • Collaborate with the team to develop proposals and presentations for potential clients
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and pipeline status

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in business development
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Sales focus with an energetic and positive approach along with a high sense of urgency to addressing customer requests
  • Experience with prospecting and cold calling is a preferered
  • Good understanding of sales concepts and process
  • Must meet specific goals under a tight probational period
